Our Kittens are raised underfoot with loving care and selective pedigrees. All sires, dams and kittens are TICA registered and individually evaluated.

$200 Deposits on Kittens are non-refundable but can be transferrable
These TICA  registered  kittens  have  been  bred  with  loving  care  and  a  selective  pedigree.  Seller  guarantees  these  kittens  to  be in  good  health  to  the  best of  my  knowledge  at the  time  of  sale. It is  recommended  and  requested  that  the  Buyer  take  their kitten to  the  veterinarian  of  their  choice, at their  expense, within  72  hours  of  purchase  for  a  routine  health  examination.  
Kittens  must remain  quarantined  from  other  pets  until  first  vet  check.  Please  note  that  failure  to  do  this  will  render  all  guarantees  null  and void.    If  a kitten  is  found  to  have  any  serious  defect, Please  return  it immediately  with  a  statement from  the  veterinarian confirming  the  defect,  a  replacement  kitten  will  be  offered  upon  availability. Any  such  health  problems  must be  present at the time  of  sale  and  not caused  by  careless  handling  or  improper  care.  
Buyers must understands  and  agree that  certain  conditions  such  as coccidiosis  and  upper  respiratory  illness  can  arise  due  to  stress  from  change  and/or  other  cats/kittens  in  buyers  home  and  are  not part  of  the  health  guarantee.  Breeder  is  not  liable  for  any  contagious  illness  (FELV,  FIV,  Rhino,  etc)  once  the  kitten  leaves cattery,  if  not  present  on  take  home  date  of  kitten.  
No  replacement  kitten  will be  made  if  the  kitten  suffers  accidental injury  of any  kind  during  the  72  hour  period,  or  if  the  kitten  becomes  ill  after  72  hour  period.  Death  to  a  kitten  within  72  hours  must  have an  autopsy  to  confirm  reason  of  death.  We  do  not provide  any  cash  refunds. Seller  is  not responsible  at any  time  for  any medical  cost  incurred.  
Buyers will agree  that their kitten  will not be  given  live  virus  vaccines, this  will void  the  health  guarantee. The said  kitten  will  only  be  given  modified  live  (MLV)  or  killed  virus  vaccines  also  kitten  will not be  given  the  FIP, or  FIV vaccines,  this  will  void  the  health  guarantee.     
Terms  of  Sale: This  kitten  is  sold  as  PET  QUALITY  only.  He/she  must  be  spayed  or  neutered  between  4-6  months  of  age.  TICA  papers for  this  kitten  will be  held  until the  Buyer  offers  proof  of  spay  or  neuter  in  form  of  statement from  Buyer’s  veterinarian. 
In  the  event  Buyer  is  unable  to  keep  this  kitten  for  any  reason, Buyer  is  responsible  to  return  kitten  to  Seller, at Buyers expense.  Seller  will  only  be  responsible  for  refunding  half  of  the  purchase  price  as  long  as  kitten  is  up  to  date  on  vet care, visually  in  good  health  and  has  been  in  buyer’s  custody  for  less  than  30  days. Refunds  will only  be  given  after  kitten/cat  is returned  and  he/she  has  been  seen  by  Seller’s  vet  and  given  health  clearences  on  any  envrionmental  diseases,  or  injuries.  After  a 30  day  period,  Seller  is  not  responsible  for  any  refunds,  but  kitten  must  and  is  still  under  contract  to  be  returned  to  Seller  
*At NO time, during  he/she’s  Lifetime  is  this  kitten  for  “resale”  to  any  other  person,  to  a  pet  shop,  kennel,  or  to  be  given  away  to family,  friends,  rescue  or  shelter  etc.  without  prior  permission  from  Seller.  Seller  retains  the  right  of  First  Refusal.*          
Seller  promises  that  this  kitten  is  TICA  registered.  The  Buyer  has  read  and  agrees  to  the    above Contract  for  purchase  and  its  Terms  of  Sale,  failure  to  comply  with  the  standards  set  forth  above  will  result  in  breech  of  contract and  Buyer  will  be  subject  to  penalty  fee  of  $2000,  any  and  all  legal  action,  which  may  arise  under  any  provision  of  this Agreement,  will  be  brought  in  the  State,  County  and  City  of  Seller’s  residence.  Buyer  will  be  Responsible  for  All  Court  Costs and  attorney’s  fees  involved.  The  terms  of  this  contract  and  any  business  dealings  between  Sally Jackson and/or Sara Ehlers and  Buyer  shall  remain confidential.  Never  is  any  negative  information  such  as  disputes  or  health  status  of  kitten  to  be  posted  publicly  on  the  internet  or elsewhere.
